<p>The Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem with Three-Dimensional Loading Constraints (3L-CVRP) is a challenging NP-hard optimization problem in logistics. While existing literature often focuses on complex hybrid algorithms, this research addresses a gap by developing a holistic and reproducible standard Genetic Algorithm (GA) framework. Its primary objective is to validate the GA's capability to find feasible solutions and to present a comprehensive analysis that integrates 2D route visualizations and 3D load layouts as proof of practical feasibility. Our methodology employs a Python-based GA with a penalty-based fitness function to handle routing and loading constraints simultaneously. Tested on 10 benchmark instances, the algorithm consistently finds feasible solutions with an average gap of 8.24% from the Best Known Solution (BKS). The novelty of this research is the presentation of a transparent GA framework that utilizes 3D load visualization as empirical proof of solution feasibility, thereby establishing a solid baseline for future research.</p>Saepudin NirwanEkra Sanggala

<p><em>The scheduling system for medical personnel, particularly doctors, is a crucial element in maintaining the quality of healthcare services at clinics. However, many clinics in Indonesia still use manual scheduling methods, which result in irregular schedules, long patient waiting times, and uneven workloads. This study proposes the implementation of the First In First Out (FIFO) algorithm in the reservation and scheduling system for doctors' shifts at Muhammadiyah Sukajadi Primary Clinic as a simple yet effective solution to address these issues. The FIFO algorithm enables fair and consistent scheduling of doctors' shifts based on the order of arrival or requests, thereby improving service efficiency without requiring complex digital infrastructure. This study aims to analyze the implementation of FIFO in the patient reservation system, evaluate its impact on schedule regularity and queue management, and compare its performance with the conventional system previously used. The study was conducted on a limited scale at the clinic using an empirical and systematic approach. <p>Optimal planning of medical staff is very important for the sustainability of a clinic. This study aims to determine the optimal number of doctors at Rahmani Clinic based on predictions of the number of patients each month in 2025. The method used is Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA) to predict the number of patients, and Health Workload Analysis (ABK-Kes) to determine the number of doctors needed. From the prediction results, the average number of patients visiting each month is in the range of 2,000 to 3,000 general practitioner patients and 100 to 200 dentist patients. Based on the results of the ABK-Kes analysis, the optimal number of doctors needed is 5 general practitioners and 1 dentist per month. Furthermore, the optimization of doctors' working hours identified 8 hours of overtime for the main doctor, indicating the need to improve the doctor's schedule at Rahmani Clinic.<br><strong>Keywords: Patient Prediction, SARIMA, ABK-Kes, Medical Staff Optimization</strong></p> Novian Riza. <p>Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh penerapan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) terhadap manajemen aset digital secara real-time. IoT menghubungkan perangkat dan sistem melalui jaringan internet, yang dapat memantau dan pengelolaan aset digital secara otomatis dan efisien. Dengan memanfaatkan perangkat IoT, informasi mengenai kondisi aset diperoleh langsung dan diperbarui secara real-time, meningkatkan akurasi dan kecepatan pengambilan keputusan. Penerapan IoT dalam manajemen aset digital mengoptimalkan pemantauan status aset, pelacakan penggunaan, serta identifikasi kerusakan atau kehilangan aset dengan lebih cepat. Teknologi ini mengurangi kesalahan manusia, meningkatkan efisiensi pemeliharaan aset, dan menurunkan biaya operasional. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi adalah masalah keamanan data dan integritas informasi yang dikumpulkan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa IoT memberikan dampak signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen aset digital secara real-time, dengan dukungan sistem keamanan yang kuat untuk melindungi data dan informasi yang dihasilkan.</p>Al KhaidarMuhammad Fikry

<p>Husein Sastranegara Airport faces challenges in warehouse management, especially in item placement that is still done manually without considering item movement frequency, resulting in inefficiencies in storage and retrieval processes. To address this, this Final Project designs and develops a web-based inventory system that applies the Class-Based Storage (CBS) method to classify items into classes A, B, and C based on their movement frequency. The system is built using the CodeIgniter 4 framework with Model–View–Controller (MVC) architecture, and includes features such as item data management, item entry and exit logging, stock tracking, and automated reporting in PDF and Excel formats. CBS is used as the core logic to automatically recommend the most optimal storage location when an item is received. Implementation and testing results show that the system improves warehouse efficiency, reduces item retrieval time, and supports the automation of distribution processes. <p><em>Abstrak </em><em>The Universitas Perwira Purbalingga faces challenges in managing the Community Service Program (KKN) due to manual processes that lead to data inaccuracies, delayed evaluations, and difficulties in monitoring student activities. This research aims to design a web-based KKN information system to address these issues. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, covering the stages of requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Key features include online registration, KKN location assignment, digital activity monitoring, automated evaluation, and certificate generation. Using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, this system is expected to enhance efficiency and transparency in KKN management. The study results indicate that this information system simplifies data management, accelerates monitoring and evaluation processes, and streamlines report generation. <p><em>The management of goods in the warehouse of the Center for Mineral and Coal Testing is still manual, so a web-based system with a zoning storage algorithm has been developed. This algorithm groups and organizes goods based on zones according to their characteristics and movement frequency, facilitating stock and space management. The automated system documents the entry and exit of goods and provides recommendations for optimal stock management and space utilization. Testing shows that the system improves the ease of warehouse management and organization.
