Abstract

Pet owners still face several challenges in accessing animal health and care services. Limited time, distance, and transportation make it difficult for pet owners to bring their pets to veterinary clinics or seek care services directly. The ordering process, which is still conducted by contacting service providers directly, also makes service information and availability less centralized. This study aims to design and develop GoPet, a web-based platform that connects pet owners with veterinarians and pet sitters within an integrated system. The development process includes requirements analysis, system and interface design, and implementation using the Laravel framework, Tailwind CSS, and MariaDB. The developed system provides features for role-based registration and login, pet data management, ordering veterinary home visits and pet sitting services, communication through a chat feature, and monitoring of order status. The development results show that GoPet can help centralize the process of finding and ordering pet care services within a single platform, making it easier for pet owners to obtain services according to their needs. The system can be further developed through the integration of online payment and service provider location tracking features

Keywords: Information System, Animal Care, Home Service, Website, Laravel
Jinten AnggraeniMuhamad ReyhanRd.Nuraini Siti Fathonah

https://ejurnal.ulbi.ac.id/index.php/informatika/article/view/5245

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed the process of searching for and booking accommodation online. However, the large amount of information available on hotel booking platforms can cause information overload, particularly for users looking for hotels in specific areas. In addition, information about local hotels in Bandung is still distributed across various sources, making the search and booking process less efficient. This study aims to develop RelaXin, a web-based hotel e-booking system with a geographical focus on the Bandung area. The system was developed using the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture with the Laravel framework, MySQL as the database, and Blade Template, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript for the user interface. The system is designed to provide hotel search, hotel and room information, reservation, automatic accommodation cost calculation, payment proof upload, and reservation status monitoring. The system also provides an administrator interface for managing hotel, room, and user data, as well as verifying payments. The development results show that RelaXin is able to integrate hotel information and reservation processes into a single platform focused on the Bandung area. Through this system, users can access accommodation information in a more targeted manner and complete the reservation process through a centralized platform. Further development can include payment gateway integration, review and rating features, digital map integration, and real-time notifications.

Keywords: E-Booking, Hotel, Bandung, Laravel, Information System
Ratih Ervia NurfaidaFauzan AdriansahRd.Nuraini Siti Fathonah

The design and development of this web-based School Management Information System, using the
Laravel framework and Tailwind CSS, was undertaken to address the challenges of conventional
academic administration. The system’s development followed the Waterfall Methodology, which
encompasses the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
This application is equipped with key features such as Alpine.js-based triple dropdown navigation,
Auto-Generate Ledger with PhpSpreadsheet, data visualization via Chart.js, and time-based security
for grade entry periods using custom middleware and SweetAlert2. Based on black-box testing, all
functional modules were proven to operate with a 100 percent success rate, confirming that the system
is stable, accurate, and suitable for implementation to optimize school operations.
Cindy Nur Ayu PutriMarwanto RahmatulohWidia Resdiana

2026-08-162026-08-161831623IMPLEMENTATION OF THE APRIORI ALGORITHM FOR COFFEE DRINK PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS WITH PAYMENTS USING DYNAMIC QRIS
https://ejurnal.ulbi.ac.id/index.php/informatika/article/view/5237

Most small coffee shops still record transactions manually, which is error-prone, slow during peak hours, and produces no sales reports. Static QRIS payments require customers to type the amount themselves, risking input errors, while commercial cashier applications generally charge monthly fees. This study aims to design and build a mobile-friendly web-based cashier application supporting cash and dynamic QRIS payments. The application is built with Next.js 14 and a PostgreSQL database accessed through Prisma ORM. The QRIS feature is implemented over two channels: converting the merchant's static QRIS into dynamic QRIS according to the EMVCo standard, and integrating the Midtrans payment gateway with automatic payment status updates via webhooks. The application also provides self-ordering through table QR codes and server-enforced out-of-stock marking. The Apriori algorithm is applied to transaction history to mark best-selling items in each category and to derive association rules for upselling recommendations. Black box testing of 23 scenarios shows that all test cases behave as expected. The results show that the application speeds up transaction recording, shortens queues, eliminates QRIS amount-typing errors, and automatically provides daily sales reports.
Farrel Shaquille TarantinoMuhammad Ruslan MaulaniSaepudin Nirwan
