Therefore, this research develops a development planning Chatbot as a tool to reduce the workload in handling repetitive requests in the regional development planning process in Kuningan Regency as a sample category of areas with low population density. The system is designed using Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) method to process user messages into numerical matrix, Support Vector Machine (SVM) method to classify user questions automatically, and Streamlit framework for the interface. The developed chatbot is able to generate reports on economic growth trends based on the value of gross regional domestic product at constant prices and business sector recommendations for investors. Chatbot test results in answering valid or correct questions amounted to 60%. Compared to standard detection-decoding pipelines (YOLO+Pyzbar) reporting a 91% accuracy rate under general conditions, this study identifies and quantifies the “Cliff Effect” in traditional heuristic algorithms, which exhibit failure once Gaussian noise exceeds the critical threshold of σ=25. In contrast, the implementation of WeChatQRCode demonstrates absolute robustness with a 100% Success Rate and deterministic latency. Penelitian ini merancang dan membangun sistem antrian berbasis IoT menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 yang terintegrasi dengan web, guna meningkatkan kinerja dan kenyamanan layanan. Sistem memungkinkan pelanggan mendaftar antrian secara online melalui web maupun secara offline dengan menekan tombol fisik yang terhubung ke ESP32, serta mencetak tiket antrian menggunakan thermal printer. Algoritma FIFO diterapkan untuk memastikan keadilan urutan pelayanan, dan sistem juga mendistribusikan antrian secara otomatis ke dua loket aktif. Web dashboard bagi petugas dilengkapi fitur untuk memanggil, memantau, dan mengelola status antrian secara real time. As a solution, the development of the Smart School concept can be implemented to integrate information technology into management and learning, allowing students, teachers, and parents to access materials, exams, and learning outcomes online. This study aims to analyze the implementation of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) in planning the information technology architecture at SMKS Ulumuddin, specifically to realize the Smart School concept. TOGAF, with its Architecture Development Method (ADM) approach, provides a systematic guide in designing and managing information systems that support the school's vision and mission. Through the stages in TOGAF, such as Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, and Information Systems Architecture, SMKS Ulumuddin can ensure the integration of information technology components efficiently and in line with the educational and operational needs of the school. The implementation of the Smart School concept at this school focuses on the development of information systems that support the learning process, management, and monitoring of student progress. With 13 proposed applications, SMKS Ulumuddin can improve efficiency in managing learning, administration, and school services as a whole. The construction of this system is based on the concept of the Internet of Things (IoT), Mobile software development, and the integration of interconnected sensors and actuators.The development of the system took about three months, including the needs analysis, hardware and software design, and thorough function testing stages. Cafes often face inefficiencies in conventional ordering systems that rely on manual paper-based recording, leading to long queues and risks of order errors. This research aims to design and build a web-based cafe menu ordering information system integrated with Quick Response (QR) Code technology. Using the Waterfall development method, this study includes requirements analysis, system design using UML, implementation with PHP programming language and MySQL database, and system testing. The results show that the developed system is capable of transforming operational workflows to be more efficient through self-service ordering mechanisms, providing real-time data management, and minimizing recording errors. Semakin ketat juga persaingan dalam usaha rental mobil. tetapi tidak banyak pemilik rental mobil yang menggunakan teknologi informasi, banyak yang masih menggunakan media promosi dengan spanduk atau banner yang diletakkan di tempat usaha masing-masing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan efisiensi layanan penyewaan&nbsp; mobil melalui aplikasi berbasis web, khususnya dalam konteks Rent-Cars. Aplikasi ini&nbsp; dapat&nbsp; mempermudah akses masyarakat, dengan mengembangkan aplikasi web yang memungkinkan calon penyewa untuk dengan mudah mengakses layanan penyewaan mobil dari berbagai lokasi, meningkatkan efisiensi proses pemesanan. Aplikasi ini menyajikan informasi terperinci mengenai&nbsp; tarif dan ketersediaan mobil, bertujuan untuk membantu calon penyewa membuat keputusan yang lebih baik dan memperbaiki kepuasan pelanggan.
