PEMANFAATAN DAN ETIKA AI PENDUKUNG ADMINISTRASI SEKOLAH DI SMKN 3 BANDUNG

Kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pemanfaatan serta etika generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) dilaksanakan di SMKN 3 Bandung dengan tujuan meningkatkan literasi dan keterampilan praktis guru serta staf administrasi dalam memanfaatkan AI sebagai pendukung tugas administratif dan pembelajaran. Integrasi AI dalam pendidikan menghadirkan peluang efisiensi kerja, namun masih dihadapkan pada kesenjangan literasi digital dan kekhawatiran etis di kalangan pendidik. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang terdiri atas sosialisasi konseptual, demonstrasi terbimbing, dan workshop praktik langsung. Materi mencakup pengenalan AI generatif, penerapan prompt engineering melalui model “Struktur 4P” (Peran, Perintah, Petunjuk, Presentasi), serta pembahasan aspek etika seperti verifikasi informasi, privasi data, dan potensi bias algoritma. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, analisis hasil praktik, serta survei persepsi peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta mampu menyusun draf dokumen administratif (SK dan RPP) menggunakan AI selama sesi praktik. Survei akhir menunjukkan seluruh responden memberikan penilaian pada kategori “Jelas” dan “Sangat Jelas” terhadap pemahaman materi, serta “Puas” dan “Sangat Puas” terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan. Secara kualitatif, diskusi yang berkembang mengindikasikan adanya peningkatan ketertarikan peserta terhadap pemanfaatan AI secara praktis dan bertanggung jawab. Kegiatan ini memberikan langkah awal dalam penguatan literasi AI di lingkungan sekolah, sekaligus menekankan pentingnya penggunaan AI secara etis dan kritis dalam konteks pendidikan.
