It can be felt that the activities carried out by the community actually always associated with banking activities, therefore quality services must be improved to achieve bank customer satisfaction. Where To improve the quality of service of a bank, it is preferable that the bank leader provide opportunities for training and employees should be careful carrying out transactions so as to minimize potential losses that will occur. Based on the results of research that has been done shows that there is a significant positive effect between Quality service to customer satisfaction at BRI bank branch offices Payakumbuh.
