This study aims to determine whether service quality has an effect on purchasing decisions for special express mail at the Palopo branch post office. The research method used is a quantitative approach, namely by distributing questionnaires to the population of the Special Express Post in the Palopo area and collecting 100 respondents and then processing them with SPSS 25. The techniques used are descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of hypothesis testing show the results of the F test and that service quality simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Then the partial T test was also obtained positive and significant on purchasing decisions. So in this study it can be concluded that service quality has a contribution of 30.2% to the purchase decision of the Special Express Post at the Palopo branch post office.
