Global promotion is a key marketing strategy aimed at introducing products or services to international markets with the primary goal of enhancing visibility, expanding sales, and building a strong brand image on a global scale. As globalization continues to advance, global promotion has become increasingly essential for companies worldwide to succeed in international markets. A major initiative undertaken by the Indonesian government, such as Ekraf Hunt 2025 organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf), aims to promote Indonesia’s Intellectual Property (IP) through video media and introduce Indonesian culture to the global market. Moreover, Indonesia’s participation in the 2025 Cannes Film Festival will provide an opportunity to promote the Indonesian film industry internationally. The rapid rise of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts makes short videos an effective means of reaching international audiences, especially the younger generation who increasingly rely on digital media for information. Amid ongoing digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI) technology plays an increasingly significant role in media production, including promotional videos. AI can optimize the creative process, generating engaging and high-quality video content more efficiently. In this context, the International Logistics and Business University (ULBI) utilizes AI to create innovative, effective, and technologically advanced promotional media strategies. ULBI leverages social media platforms to distribute content related to academic information and student admissions, but it needs to apply a more creative approach and use cutting-edge technology to capture a wider audience's attention.Therefore, this study aims to design AI-based short videos to be used as a social media promotion strategy for ULBI to enhance the image and appeal of the institution.
