Abstract

This study aims to determine the assessment of Grooming on Customer Relations
Coordinator (CRC) at PT Astra International TBK of Toyota Sales Operation
(auto2000) Pasteur Bandung, as well as its influence on customer satisfaction partially
by descriptive analysis methods and simple linear regression. The population in this
study is PT. Astra International Tbk, Toyota Sales Operations (Auto2000) Pasteur
Bandung, which requires the service of Customer Relations Coordinator (CRC) with a
sample of 90 respondents.

Based on the results of the regression analysis the summary model conducted
shows that the existence of a grooming relationship with customer satisfaction is quite
high, 45.4 the remaining 54.6 is influenced by other factors in PT Astra Internationa
TBK Toyota Sales Operation (Auto2000) Pasteur Bandung.
