The production activities carried out by PT.Aerofood Indonesia in maintaining the
quality of their products are very diverse, such as laboratory test activities, meal
check tests, etc. These activities are very useful for companies even though there
are only company activities that are not in accordance with standardization
procedures, this study uses qualitative research, namely triangulation of sources
using interview methods. The operational quality of production at PT.Aerofood
Indonesia uses ISO 2000 standardization and uses quality assurance such as
HACCP (hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point). Due to the declining sales,
the company is developing its wings in outside catering, while the activities carried
out by the reciving do not follow the standardization in receiving raw materials in
accordance with the procedure, but this does not reduce the hygiene of the most
important food. although consumer tastes vary.
