This study aims to understand user needs and design the interface of the "Panci Emak" food delivery application by considering the user's perspective. The method used is the Kano Model to determine the most prioritized features based on the level of user satisfaction through a questionnaire distributed to 24 respondents. The results of the Kano questionnaire distribution identified features that fall into the Attractive category including calorie information (15 respondents), free water with every purchase (12 respondents), and price range food packages (9 respondents). Meanwhile, features that fall into the Indifferent category (so-so or not a priority) are the pick-up service (20 respondents) and automatic reminders for purchases above Rp50,000 (10 respondents). Based on these results, an interface was designed using the Figma application that focuses on ease of switching between sections, uniformity of visual appearance, and efficiency in user interaction. The results show that an interface design that suits the needs of use can make users more comfortable and help create a better user experience.
