The rapid development of digital technology has led to significant changes in the way people give and receive gifts at various events. Conventional gift-giving processes are often considered impractical, time-consuming, and poorly documented. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop the Giventy application, a digital platform that facilitates gift management and transactions for various events such as weddings, graduations, birthdays, and other formal occasions. This application is expected to provide convenience for users in giving gifts efficiently, securely, and in an organized manner.
The research method included a five-feature UI (UI) model.
using Figma: priority analysis, custom gifts for specific events, user needs, system design, and implementation of key features based on a digital application. The developed features included event management, a digital payment system, gift history recording, and real-time transaction tracking and notification. This approach was designed to enhance the user experience for both the giver and recipient, while minimizing the risk of recording errors and data loss.
The results of this study were collected from 24 respondents using the Kano method. With an integrated digital system, the transaction process becomes more transparent, efficient, and accessible. This research is expected to make a positive contribution to the development of digital-based services in the field of event management and open up new opportunities for innovation in the digital economy ecosystem.
