APLIKASI ANALISIS KELAYAKAN SISTEM UNTUK PENGUKURAN USABILITY DENGAN MENERAPKAN METODE USE QUESTIONNAIRE

Abstract

In developing a system, usability testing is rarely carried out. Because many think that the usability factor is not the main problem in system development management. With these problems, in this study, a feasibility analysis of the existing system at PT Logistik will be carried out. The measurement results are expected to provide input to the agency or development agency to carry out system maintenance at this time and in the future. The results obtained from this study can be concluded that the measurement of four variables in the usability aspect has a percentage value, namely: (1) usefulness variable with a percentage of 86%, ease of use variable with a percentage of 76,8%, ease of learning variable with a percentage of 75,8%, satisfaction variable with a percentage of 78,5%. In the overall measurement of the usability aspect, it produces a percentage value of 79,5%, which shows that the results of the feasibility analysis of the system for measuring usability have a " feasible" value.
