Selection of the best employees in a company is a step that can be taken to assess the quality of employee performance. The problem that arises in the process of selecting the best employees in a company is still not accurate in the employee selection calculation process because there is no information system available to support the process. The process of selecting the best employees is based on multi-criteria decision-making involving several alternatives with more than one criterion. The multi-criteria used by the company, as determined by the board of directors regarding employee performance evaluation, are loyalty, commitment, and honesty. Based on the existing needs, a decision support application is required to solve the problems that occur, especially in the automation process of inputting values and ranking calculations. This research aims to propose the development of a decision support system to solve the above-mentioned problems using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method is applied in a system where decision-making is based on evaluating alternative choices according to the criteria established by the company, including employee honesty, loyalty, and commitment. Based on the calculations performed, the implementation of the AHP method results in obtaining the best employee from a pool of 10 employees who meet the evaluation criteria. The results of the AHP calculations demonstrate the accuracy in obtaining recommendations for the sequence of the best employees.
