RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI MONITORING MITRA BINAAN PROGRAM PENDANAAN USAHA MIKRO KECIL (PUMK) DI PT PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA VIII MENGGUNAKAN METODE ALGORITMA C4.5 BERBASIS WEB

Abstract

The Micro and Small Business Funding Program (PUMK) is a program for distributing loan funds, mentoring, and business development. The management of the PUMK program that has been running so far is prospective fostered partners who already have small and micro businesses (UMK). If the criteria are met, a cooperation agreement will be made and the distribution of funds and recording of payments will be made. the monitoring process for PUMK program partners is still done manually. Namely by visiting plantations or to the homes of fostered partners to monitor business confirmation, ability to pay, business development, and renewal of addresses. So that the results of the monitoring are not well documented. There is no history of submissions being accepted or not accepted resulting in repeated borrowing resulting in refinancing losses. Therefore it is necessary to use a method that can help the monitoring process of fostered partners, namely the C4.5 Algorithm method, which is an algorithm used to form a decision tree (Decision Tree). Using this method can help the process of monitoring fostered partners, namely knowing business development and smooth payment.
