Blueprint Design of Student Violation Monitoring Information System at MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan

Abstract

MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan has student discipline as a reference for disciplining its students. The rules are in the form of violations, and every violation has a weight or point violation. MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan does not yet have data showing a list of student violations well controlled because the recording of student violation lists still uses books. The solution is to record violations carried out by students using a digitalized information system. This design aims to facilitate the school in obtaining data on students who commit violations. This study uses the waterfall method. The stages of the waterfall method consist of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The analysis was performed by looking at the student's violation list book. System design using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The implementation uses the flowchart and database MySql. Testing using xampp and phpmyadmin. Finally, conclude the output of the software blueprint as required.
