Abstract

PT. Telkom Indonesia as the company who deal with communication and telecomunication has commitment to give the best services for their consumers. One of the effort of Telkom is give the best services with an unit called "Customer Care" which responsible to serve and give all the informations needed by consumer. 

The way to send informations to all divisions in Telkom company is by website. Telkom has been implementing a web based application with the intranet format that placed in a portal that able to be accessed by all division in Telkom DIVRE III. To be able give the best services in sharing information about customer and channel to become more faster than usually, so this software "Sistem Informasi Web Unit Intraportal Customer Care PT Telkom Divisi Regional III" was built to show all information that related with the daily activity in PT Telkom DIVRE III Indonesia. 

Web CC using PHP as the programming language and the database using MySQL. This system can be accessed through the intranet network of Telkom which all of web placed in a Telkom portal that only the intern that able to access.
