Abstract

In the context of artificial intelligence (AI) applications that leverage high computing power, CPU performance measurement is crucial. This article discusses methodologies and elements to consider when measuring CPU performance. To measure AI CPU performance, you need to understand CPU architecture, AI algorithms, and application workload features. First, we have to choose performance metrics that are appropriate for AI applications, such as throughput, latency, or CPU usage. Then, when choosing the ideal CPU hardware, we need to consider the number of cores, clock speeds, and support for specialized AI instructions such as SIMD. Supporting hardware such as RAM and GPUs are also factors that affect CPU performance. Efficient hardware configuration configuration can significantly improve the performance of AI applications.
