Abstract
This study evaluates the application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to improve the business performance of online baby clothing stores, with a focus on the GoBaby case study. Through BMC analysis, we identify key elements that can be optimized to improve operational efficiency and expand market share. The research results show that strategic adjustments to customer segments, value propositions, distribution channels and customer relationships can increase customer satisfaction and business profitability. The practical implications of this research provide guidance for stakeholders in improving GoBaby's business performance.
