Abstract

Government Agency BKKBD (Regional Population and Family Planning Board) in Bojonggenteng, Sukabumi Regency is a government agency specifically dealing with the field of family planning such as registration, report on the use of contraceptives used by the general public, the system has not been created online registration of monthly data reports and reports of the number of device users KB contraception is specifically for the Bojonggenteng area so it is still dependent on the Central Data Application. This problem is an obstacle for employees especially the population data section for the special area of ​​Sukabumi Regency.

The above description requires the registration system and web-based KB data report that provides online forms so that patients do not need to come in line to want to do family planning. This design method uses CSPro version 4.1 as software. This system is also made using the PHP programming language, MySql database and Unified Modeling Language (UML) tools.
