This research focuses on applying Natural Language Processing Algorithms (NLP) on the Sawala interactive discussion platform equipped with chatbots, aimed at improving the experience of ULBI students in participating in online discussions Through the NLP approach, this research improves the ability of chatbots to understand and respond to human language, creating more contextual and meaningful interactions. Tokenization, sentiment analysis, and machine learning techniques are applied to improve the effectiveness of chatbots. The experimental results showed significant improvements in user experience, resulting in a more dynamic and satisfying discussion environment. This research contributes positively to the improvement of communication systems in ULBI's academic environment. In its implementation, specialized programming languages such as Python for NLP are used, as well as standard web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The platform can be accessed through various browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and the like.
