SMKS Ulumuddin is a vocational high school located in Muara Dua District, Lhokseumawe City, facing challenges in adopting technology to improve the quality of learning in the digital era. As a solution, the development of the Smart School concept can be implemented to integrate information technology into management and learning, allowing students, teachers, and parents to access materials, exams, and learning outcomes online. This study aims to analyze the implementation of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) in planning the information technology architecture at SMKS Ulumuddin, specifically to realize the Smart School concept. TOGAF, with its Architecture Development Method (ADM) approach, provides a systematic guide in designing and managing information systems that support the school's vision and mission. Through the stages in TOGAF, such as Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, and Information Systems Architecture, SMKS Ulumuddin can ensure the integration of information technology components efficiently and in line with the educational and operational needs of the school. The implementation of the Smart School concept at this school focuses on the development of information systems that support the learning process, management, and monitoring of student progress. With 13 proposed applications, SMKS Ulumuddin can improve efficiency in managing learning, administration, and school services as a whole. The results of this study can serve as a reference for other schools to strategically adopt technology to support a technology-based modern education vision.
