Abstract

A travel service company is a service provider of domestic and international tour package destinations. There are several problems in making tour package reservations, namely registration, reservation, payment and reservation cancellation. These problems resulted in delays in making reports. The purpose of this study is to build an information system that can provide convenience in making reservations and can be done wherever and whenever.
The method of approach used is object-based. While the system development method uses the prototype method. The final result of this research is to make a web-based tour package reservation information system application that can be a solution to the problem of making a tour package reservation.
