ANALISIS RISIKO RANTAI PASOK PADA PT LESCHACO LOGISTIC INDONESIA DENGAN METODE HOUSE OF RISK (HOR)

Abstract

PT Leschaco Logistic Indonesia is one of the international logistics companies that has been growing in Indonesia since 1999. In every business activity of course the company has a risk, so that needed a supply chain risk analysis at company to know and eliminate cause of existence of a risk. Through the house of risk (HOR) method, it is possible to know what risk events will occur, what risk agents may potentially arise in the company's business processes, and how to design mitigation strategies for priority risk agents. In the implementation of the house of risk method is divided into 2 phases including, house of risk phase 1 to identify risk events and risk agents that potentially arise, and house of risk phase 2 to design mitigation strategies in handling priority risk agents. In the house of risk phase 1, the results showed 23 risk events with 21 identified risk agents. Based on identification, 11 priority risk agents are selected to design risk mitigation strategies. In the house of risk phase 2, there are 11 risk mitigation strategies proposed to eliminate the emergence of priority risk agents.
