PENGARUH MODAL KERJA TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE PERIODE 2011-2015
Abstract
Working capital is the company's investment in current assets to finance its day-to day operations. The purpose of working capital is to maximize the use of current assets to improve the profitability of the company. Working capital used in this research is cash turnover, receivable turnover and turnover circulation. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of working capital on profitability. This study uses secondary data, namely the financial statements of property and real estate sub-companies listed on the BEI period 2011-2015. The research method used is quantitative method with data analysis techniques used are multiple linear analysis, t test and F test with SPSS tool version 23. the results of this study indicate that partially, only inventory turnover affect the profitability represented by Return On Asset (ROA). While simultaneously, cash turnover, receivable turnover and inventory turnover affect the profitability (ROA).
