Abstract

This study aims to analyze he level of welfare of employees. The data of study is financial report 2009-2012. The methode of study of deecrptive quantitavie when the data is processed to show how the proportion and welfare of employees. The results show avarage Age of employees at PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero)Regional office I is aged 37-47 years with a percentage of 54%. 2. Gender of employees respondents are women who have a percentage of 55%. Work Period of employees mostly from 1-10 years with a percentage of 68%. 4.The highets Educational level of employees is D3 with a percentage of 32%. 5. Marriage status of employees mostly is married with a percentage of 64%. Furthermore, 1. The lowest basic salary of  employees is Rp. 2,656,000 while the highest is Rp. 4,702,000. 2. The highest Marriage allowance is Rp. 11,600,000  while the lowest is Rp. 2,850,000. 3. The highest general allowances is Rp. 2,360,000  while the lowest is Rp. 890,000.    4. The highest of housing allowances is Rp. 3,300,000 while the lowest is Rp. 1,260,000. 5. The highest of housing assistance is Rp. 585,000  while the lowest Rp. 415,000. 6. The highest transport assistance is Rp. 585,000 while the lowest is Rp. 415,000.
