Abstract

PT Goodrich Pindad Aeronautical Systems Indonesia is one of the manufacturing companies engaged in the assembly and sale of aircraft components. The company often experiences sudden material purchases, which will incur substantial costs because the shipment must be made by airfreight. The results of this study can be seen that the products included in category A amounted to 8 products that have a total value of 23.7% -79%. Total cost and PoR for independent demand product is Flanged Hub Short 800-0101/AC ($5,540 & 2,209 EA), Flanged Hub Long 800-1101/B ($4,972 & 1,610 EA), Flanged Hub Short 799-0101/AB ($4,864 & 1,610 EA), Flanged Hub Long 799-1001/B ($4,864 & 1,610 EA), Act Cap Rod End D59481/2 ($5,864 & 2,327 EA).
