Olay products that are produced in January, February and May 2012 as many as 14 090 cases. Misspack that occurs when the production is as much as 3675 case. Approximately 26% of errors made by the Team repackaging.

                Based on the complaints made ​​by consumers, the authors are interested in reviewing the problems that occur misspack using fishbone and brainstorming and look for the factors which most affect the performance of Team repackaging using the method of Multiple Linear Regression.

Based on the analysis and discussion of the results of data processing, the results obtained from factor misspack fishbone and brainstorming tools that operator, material handler, temperature, lighting and IPS. These factors were re-analyzed using the method of Multiple Linear Regression. Operator factor (67.0%) affect team performance repackaging, material handler factor (29.2%) affect team performance repackaging, temperature factors (5%) influence team performance repackaging, illumination factor (29.2%) and the IPS factors (6.2%) affect team performance repackaging. In accordance with the results of the analysis, the most influential factor on the performance of operators repackaging team, to the authors recommend for the improvement of human resources such as training and training in order to improve team performance repackaging.
