PENDISTRIBUSIAN SPARE PART-TOYOTA AGYA UNTUK CUSTOMER DIRECT BANDUNG DENGAN METODE DISTRIBUTION REQUIREMENT PLANNING (DRP)

Abstract

PT Astra International Tbk. - Toyota Sales Operation (TSO) or more designation as AUTO 2000 is a company which observe customer satisfaction. In April 2015 - March 2016, AUTO 2000 Regional Parts Depot Bandung excessed in distribution spare parts of Toyota Agya caused by non-calculation of requests which will be distributed. Regional Parts Depot Bandung, congested delivery of goods thus the inventories in warehouse are more than the customer's request term state.

This research aims to review total demand of Toyota Agya’s spare parts every Customer Direct for 5 months later, starts from April to August 2016, by using forecasting method to be proposed to AUTO 2000 Regional Part Depot Bandung. To find out total of Safety Stock on Toyota Agya’s spare parts and to find out the total of spare parts per customer will be distributed during a month later by using DRP (Distribution Requirement Planning) method.

From the results of calculation using Forecasting Method, it can be summarized the analysis findings of Toyota Agya’s demand which found by forecasting for five months during April was 1.442, May was 1.358, June was 1.275, July was 1.191, and August was 1.110. Based on the calculation of safety stock for every customer was 140 units in Cibiru, 229 units in Pasteur, 127 units in Setiabudi, 208 units in Soekarno Hatta. Based on calculation by using DRP (Distribution Requirement Planning) method, total distiribution which distributed to Regional Part Depot Cibiru total distribution of 1.500 units, Soekarno Hatta with total distribution 1.050 units, 1.000 units to Setiabudi and 550 units to Pasteur.
