PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI BAGIAN RECEIVING PT DIRGANTARA INDONESIA
Abstract
PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PT DI) is Indonesian first company that operates in aircraft industry in Southeast Asia. The company was founded on April 26, 1976 under the name of PT. Industri Pesawat Terbang Nurtanio by BJ Habibie as president director. PT DI is a manufacture company which competent in producing aircraft and helicopters, also to repair and sale the, aircraft parts.
The company has always run into problems in the working process, both internal and external problems. Internal problems are usually caused by the non-optimal employee's performance. Optimal employee performance can be caused by various things, one of which is job satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to do research on how job satisfaction can influence to employee’s performance in the Receiving field of PT DI. This study was conducted from March 2016 to May 2016 with employees' job satisfaction and performance as the research’s object. The method used in this research is multiple correlation analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between job satisfaction and performance, as well as job satisfaction (salary, promotion, work environment, and physical) simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance.
