Abstract

PT APL Logistics is having problems in terms of the decline in financial terms. Where in 2010 revenues of Rp 79,657,383,479.13 while in 2011 decreased to Rp 77,948,242,342.80. In addition, the number of complaints increased from 63


3 into 675 in a year, while the processes / transactions made during the year to decline and the absence of an increase in the number of employees in a year, therefore, research on the analysis of the company's performance is done. Balanced Scorecard is used to measure the performance of companies based on four perspectives that there are financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, and learning and growth perspective. Financial perspective is measured by calculating the current ratio, operating income ratio, profit margin, and return on investment as. Customer perspective is measured by calculating the level of customer acquisition, customer retention, customer satisfaction levels, and the level of customer profitability. Measurement of learning and growth perspective is used employee retention calculation, employee productivity and to measure employee satisfaction used a questionnaire with 30 respondents. PT APL Logistics` performances as a whole did not have increased from an interval between 2010 and 2011. Judging from the financial perspective for Return On Investment from 2010 to 2011 amounted to 1.28% and 3.13%. Judging from the Customer's Perspective customer acquisition from 2010 to 2011 was 2.13% and 0%. For Customer Retention can be seen that in the year 2010 amounted to 97.86% and increased in 2011 by 100%. Measurement of learning and growth perspective, the average index of 380% employee satisfaction. From the results of this analysis are expected to be implemented in the company PT APL Logistics and to be used as a benchmark to measure the performance of companies in the coming year.
