Abstract

The aim of this research is to measure the impact of implementation ERP/SAP software within the manufacturing industries, whereas there are 5 (five) variables which are used to be independent variables, among these are; system quality, information quality, individual affects, organization affects, and workgroup affects. Validity and reliability has been tested to measure the correlation among answer and the total amount of answer. The yield of the coefficient path shows there are only two dimensions that have the value above 0.20, namely: individual affect and quality system. According to those data, majority of the user SAP perceived that the implementation of the SAP software has influenced into their individual and the system has the high quality. It can be conclude that individual affects and quality system are able to be a key success factor for ERP implementation. In addition, the higher value of coefficient path reflected the capability of SAP software in order to increase the individual capability among those users. Therefore, one of the best indicators to support ERP success factor is individual affect.
