PERBANDINGAN METODE STANDARDIZED UNITLESS RATING (SUR) DAN LINEAR PROGRAMMING DALAM PEMILIHAN PRIORITAS VENDOR TRUCKING (STUDI KASUS: PT YUSEN LOGISTICS INDONESIA)

Abstract

In an effort to provide and improve services to create maximum level customer satisfaction, PT Yusen Logistics Indonesia should be able to determine and select the best partners that have the quality of performance in accordance with the standards established by the company, especially in selecting a vendor. The method used in this study is a comparison of Standardized Unitless Rating (SUR) and Linear Programming. Standardized Unitless Rating (SUR) is a method used to assess vendor’s performance as well as taking into account the level of satisfaction and levels of hesitations in measuring the performance of these vendors. Linear Programming is a method used to solve the optimization problem of a linear model with the limited available resources. Results sequence of performance criteria based questionnaire predetermined weighting companies namely Quality, Price, Delivery, Responsiveness and Flexibility. From the results of the calculation method is obtained in the following order SUR PT Radiant Land Trans (0,407), PT Bracelet Trans (0.134), PT Trans Orient Future (0.078), PT Pro-XT (0.063), and PT KMN Trans (-0.537). As for Linear Programming method results obtained following order PT Pro-XT (375000.0), PT Bracelet Trans (375000.0), PT Radiant Land Trans (421875.0), PT Trans Orient Future (468750.0), and PT KMN Trans (468750.0)
