KRITERIA DAN PEMILIHAN VENDOR TRUCKING SEAFRIGHT EXPORT PADA PT KN SIGMA TRANS JAKARTA MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALISA KORELASI & ANALYTIC NETWORK PROCESS (ANP)

Abstract

Nowadays the more rapid turnover of goods is increasing export import activities in many countries. It caused the increasing number of emerging enterprises of freight forwarding services. PT KN Sigma Trans is a service company specializing in International Freight Forwarding, which offers services in necessary for the attainment of the delivery and receipt of goods, especially in the export-import activities. Nevertheless PT KN Sigma Trans does not have its own mode of transportation, they use a third party in the process both freight trucking and shipping lines.

This study aims to determine the criteria needed by PT KN Sigma Trans trucking in selecting the better vendors. And also to determine a better vendor in accordance with the criteria that have been obtained.

Based on the interview that has been done to the officials of PT KN Sigma Trans and also the calculation of the distribution of questionnaires, there are four criteria for vendor trucking selection on the export seafright namely Price, Service, and Delivery. Meanwhile, according to the calculations using correlation analysis of each criteria has a different level of relationship that is quality multiply by delivery has pearson correlation value of 0.350 with a low correlation level. Price multiply by quality relationship is 0.428, price multiply by delivery is 0.0474, quality multiply by service is 0.427,  service multiply by delivery is 0.504. It has a moderate level of relationship. While price multiply by service has pearson correlation value of 0.0627 has a strong relationship level. Based on analysis, good vendors used Analytic Network Process (ANP), PT UCT with ideals value is 1, then who has the ideal value in the second PT KRENALOG with a value of 0.599, whereas the last PT PLI has a base value of 0.591.
