MODEL SALURAN INTEGRATED MARKETING COMMUNICATION BRI SYARIAH DENGAN PENDEKATAN RECOMMENDATION SCORE
Abstract
One of the featured products of BRI Syariah is wadiah product, “Faedahâ€. BRI Syariah Buah Batu has already been obliged by BRI Syariah Headquarter to make an optimal integrated marketing communication channel that can reach their targeted customer. To make one effective integrated marketing communication channel, evaluation of the existing integrated marketing communication channel need to be conducted in order to optimize the channels in reaching all customer segments. Author used recommendation score analysis to evaluate the existing integrated marketing communication channel and used improving integrated communication channel procedure. By using this procedure, BRI Syariah Buah Batu can eliminate the uneffective marketing communication channel such as banners and official BRI Syariah car.
