ANALISIS MANAJEMEN PENYALURAN KREDIT USAHA MIKRO DI PT. BANK MANDIRI (PERSERO) Tbk. UNIT KARAWANG AHMAD YANI PERIODE TAHUN 2013-2015

Abstract

This study aims to determine the systems and procedures micro business lending, what constraints and ways to overcome the constraints on Micro Business Lending in PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Unit Karawang Ahmad Yani. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Sources of research data using secondary data sources obtained by the Daily Run Rate (DRR) Area Karawang. Data collection technique used interview and documentation. The study found that the distribution of tasks in the organization structure has been going well in accordance with the procedure, but in practice in the field there are still some procedures that are not in accordance with the provisions that have been set. This is due to the indiscipline related parties. Particularly at this stage of the credit approval policy analysis MKA to MMM. We recommend that you need to review aspects of the character in the stage of assessment review and credit analysis and provide training or training on a regular basis to employees or units involved in lending to indiscipline or inaccuracy of the banks can be minimized or even eliminated.
