ANALISIS PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER KAOLIN DENGAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS – TOPSIS DALAM MENDUKUNG KEBERLANGSUNGAN BISNIS PT KERTAS PADALARANG

Suppliers are one of the important things in the production process of the PT Kertas Padalarang company because suppliers will affect the company's performance or performance, so that when one chooses a raw material supplier, it will have an impact on decreasing company productivity. If the supplier is not good at meeting the company's demand, it will result in the production process stopping because of the delivery time so the company needs to assess the supplier carefully and precisely. There are four suppliers who supply raw materials to the company, Due to keep confidentiality, the company name is summed up as supplier A, B, C and D. The problem in this study is the delay in the delivery of kaolin as a raw material by suppliers, so that the production process in the company is disrupted. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze what criteria are used in kaolin suppliers, obtain the order of choosing the overall weight in selecting suppliers and find out which supplier should be selected by. This research was conducted using AHP and TOPSIS methods in determining the best kaolin supplier in the company. The research data collection was carried out by the author by conducting interviews and filling out questionnaires at the company. After collecting the next step in the research, namely processing data using the AHP method and followed by the TOPSIS method to determine which suppliers are the most potential. Based on data processing with the AHP and TOPSIS methods, it can be seen that supplier A is the most potential supplier in meeting the needs of kaolin raw materials at PT Kertas Padalarang with the largest weight value acquisition, namely 0.343 on the AHP method and 0.627 on the preference values of AHP and TOPSIS. The next priority is based on the ranking in a row, namely supplier C, supplier D, and supplier B.
