Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kartu Asflexi (Studi Kasus Pelanggan Kartu AsFlexi Area Bandung)
Abstract
Based on the goverment program about Upgrade from Flexi to Telkomsel, consumers are required for migration, with the option of GSM operators from other companies, consumers are willing to choose in using the products of AsFlexi from Telkomsel which is seen from the quality of its products. With the services are international roaming, international SMS, a better signal quality in all areas Indonesia, a wider service coverage, does not need a combo, with a fixed rate saving. In addition Flexi number of customers that have been upgrade can still be reached and customers also get incentives accordingly. Based on the description and background above, it can be formulated the purpose of this research is, , to recognize the relationship quality of the product to purchase decision AsFlexi card, to recognize the effect of product quality to purchase decision AsFlexi card And to recognize the dimension of the product quality that most influence on purchasing decisions AsFlexi card.
The research method is using population techniques and sample. The sampling technique that used is simple random sampling. Kind of data which is used in this research are primary and secondary data for the analysis technical of the data in this research are using validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis and hypothesistesting.
Based on the result of the analysis that has been done, the results showed that the variables of Quality of the Product to Purchase Decision is significantly influence. It is revealed after analyzed so get 9.70 in the correlation results which means there is a very strong relationship between the quality of products on purchasing AsFlexi card decisions (case study AsFlexi customer in Bandung area).
