PENGARUH TOURIST EMOTION TERHADAP BEHAVIORAL INTENTION PADA WISATA KESEHATAN SPA DI BANDUNG PADA ERA ADAPTASI KEBIASAAN BARU

The purpose of this study was to develop a behavioral intention model of urban tourists visiting Spa Health Tourism during the Adaptation of New Habits in Bandung City. Factors identified in the study include Tourist Emotion and Behavioral Intention. The measuring indicators used for each variable are Joy, Love, Positive Surprise, Atmospherics for Tourist Emotion Variables. As for the Behavioral Intention variables, namely keep visiting, positive WOM, and recommended. The goal is determined based on the problem of knowing the factors that influence the behavioral intentions of tourists in the era of Adaptation of New Habits. The data collection method is in the form of a questionnaire, the population is visitors to the Spa Health Tourism in Bandung during the New Habit Adaptation era with a sample of 70 people. The data processing method uses simple correlation analysis to determine the relationship between factors that influence behavioral intention in the New Habit Adaptation era. The results showed that there was an influence between Tourist Emotion on Behavioral Intention and the effect was 51.7%..
