Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the customer's assessment of pricing on delivery service products set by the Pekanbaru Post Office, to find out how the description of the effect of price on customer loyalty at PT Pos Indonesia KCU Pekanbaru, to determine whether the price has a significant effect on customer loyalty.This research method uses descriptive quantitative methods with a sample size of 99 respondents, while the analysis uses simple linear regression analysis, data collection techniques are by means of random samples using questionnaires via google form.Based on the results of the Coefficient of Determination and the F test, it is known that the price has a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty
