ANALISIS RISIKO PENYEBAB KETERLAMBATAN SHIPMENT PADA PROSES EKSPOR DI PT SCHENKER PETROLOG UTAMA DENGAN PENDEKATAN HOUSE OF RISK (HOR)

Abstract

PT Schenker Petrolog Utama is engaged in providing logistics and freight forwarding services. However, in the business process, problems were occurred in PT Schenker Petrolog Utama, namely delays in delivery. Delivery delays occur due to the delays in carrying out the stuffing process caused by several risk events. The House of Risk (HOR) method is used to minimize and overcome the risks that occur. This method aims to minimize risks that can cause problems in the export process at PT Schenker Petrolog Utama. The House of Risk method is divided into 2 phases, where phase 1 is the phase to identify risk events and risk agents, while phase 2 is the phase to design mitigation strategies that are carried out in handling effective risk agents to be implemented at PT Schenker Petrolog Utama. The results of calculations based on the results of interviews and questionnaires from 10 respondents, identified 23 risk events caused by 20 risk causative agents, 11 risk agents included in the priority category and 9 others included in the non-priority category. The risk agent that has the highest priority index, namely human error in workers (A2) with a priority index of 1890 and from HOR phase 2 identified 11 mitigation strategies for agents that cause risks that arise, where the highest handling strategy is to provide reward, punishment, and work motivation for all employees (PA2) with an ETD value of 9429.
