This research is a causal associative study using quantitative methods. A causal associative study is a study designed to determaine the efffect between two or more variables. This study was designed to determine whether there is an effect of Workload (X) on employee performance (Y). Based on the results of the research that the author has examined, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted which indicates the influence off workload on employeeperformance. So it can be concluded that H0 = Workload has no effect on Employee Performance = rejected, H1 = Workload affects Employee Performance = accepted. As for suggestions for MPC Bandung to always reassess the tasks that must be done by its employees
