Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sales of Yamaha Nmax 155 at the Yamaha Metro Perkasa Motor Dealer. Yamaha Nmax 155 is one of the superior products from Yamaha Corporation, which is known as a leading manufacturer in the motor vehicle industry. Yamaha Metro Perkasa Motor dealership is located in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, and has a vision to become the largest dealer in West Java and the first choice of consumers. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire distributed to 72 respondents.

This study uses an analytical method that includes validity and reliability tests on service quality variables at the dealership. Yamaha Nmax 155 sales data was collected and analyzed to assess the level of validity and reliability of the measuring devices used in this study.

The results of the analysis show that the measuring devices used in this study have a good level of validity and reliability. In addition, sales of the Yamaha Nmax 155 at the Yamaha Metro Perkasa Motor Dealer also showed good results based on cumulative sales assessments. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information for Yamaha Metro Perkasa Motor Dealers to improve service quality and sales strategies for Yamaha Nmax 155. In addition, this research can also be a reference for Yamaha Corporation in developing products that are more innovative and in accordance with customer needs in the Indonesian market.
