Abstract

Job satisfaction is a thing that supports for the creation of excellent service quality in an organization (Amijaya, 2014: 3). The variable that is expected to influence it is internal marketing. This study aims to determine the effect of internal marketing on employee job satisfaction in the Indonesian Credit Guarantee Corporation Regional Office IV Bandung. This research revealed that the internal marketing was good so that the work satisfaction of Jamkrindo Kanwil IV Bandung employees was high. The questionnaire in this study is valid and reliable, so a simple linear regression test can be performed. Simple linear regression results state that internal marketing has a positive effect of 0.858 with a significance below 0.05 The internal marketing variable can explain 48.1% of the job satisfaction variable, while 51.9%% is explained by other facts not examined.
