Perancangan Strategi Peningkatan Ekspor PT. Bio Farma (Melalui Kualitas Produk Dengan Metode QFD
Abstract
- Bio Farma cannot meet the demand for vaccine exports. Therefore PT. Bio Farma needs to implement a strategy to increase the export of PT. Bio Farma. Facing the demand in the sector/international that is higher than the available products, PT. Bio Farma This study aims to determine the attributes that are important to consumers, the company's technical response and the design of an export improvement strategy at PT. Bio Farma. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the permanent consumers of PT. Bio Farma and PT. Bio Farma. The research sample is a saturated sample in which all populations are sampled, that is 20 samples. This study uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to customers and export employees of PT Bio Farma. Data were analyzed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The results showed that the attributes considered important by consumers and the application of QFD were able to identify 16 artibut. To meet the needs of these consumers, the following efforts must be taken by PT. Bio Farma: Provides a variety of vaccines, Makes quality packaging, Expands the ordering network so that product information is easily available to consumers, Sends products according to consumers' wishes, Sends products on time, Makes attractive packaging, Ensures vaccine safety when used.
