Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is believed to have changed the way humans move. merging between workflow, machinery, and application of intelligent networks along the supply chain that aims to be well controlled independently by the company itself, as well as PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) which launched the KAI Access Application. This application is expected to be helpful and useful for customers to be able to make train ticket purchases easily but in reality this application is not so used by customers and customers choose other channels to get tickets due to the perception that the KAI Access application is still difficult to use and lack interest in using the application. The method used is descriptive quantitative and data processing using SPSS. Data collection techniques using Proportioned Stratified Random Sampling. Based on the results of the analysis, there is a significant positive effect between users' perceptions and attitudes towards interest in using.
