Abstract

This Final Project Report entitled "The Effect of Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Kiblat Pengusaha Indonesia (Billionaire Store) Bandung. The purpose of writing this Final Project report is to find out how the level of product quality, To find out how the level of customer satisfaction and to determine the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction of PT.Kiblat Entrepreneur Indonesia (Billionaire Store) Bandung. The population used was as many as 96 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with indicators for each variable and measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is a quantitative method and uses descriptive analysis techniques and simple linear regression analysis that is carried out using the SPSS program.

The analysis result shows that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. That the product quality has an effect of 53.8% on customer satisfaction while 47.2% is influenced by other factors. So in this research can be achieved on product quality to customer satisfaction by 53.8% while 47.2% of other variables not examined in this researcher.
